New England is the most magical place to be during the holiday season. There are so many different spots to visit (I never can fit in everything I want to do/see), lights to mesmerize you, hot chocolate to drink, parties to attend, movies to snuggle up and watch. This time of year is hard to beat.. it makes even the biggest cold haters (like myself) not mind the frigid temperatures quite so much.
Each December hubby and I try to make time to visit either the Yankee Candle Village in Deerfield, MA or Kingle Candle in Bernardston, MA.. although we prefer Kringle lately. Both are decorated top to bottom for Christmas and Kringle has the best candles and an amazing restaurant. This year we headed to Kringle candle for an afternoon to jump start our holidays. We spent a hour wandering around smelling just about every scent of candle and admiring all the Christmas trees, loading up on candy and admiring the town’s quintessential New England charm. We intended to eat dinner at The Farm Table but unfortunately they are closed on Tuesdays.. poor planning on our part.. good thing we’re going back for dinner with my in-laws next week!
Great post 🙂
